Made the decision to sink my teeth  (and my time)  into developing IOS and Android Apps.

Why???

Lots of reasons but the main is it is where the fun is and also where the money is at and it challenges my change button.

A little background on myself is I have been in the Computer /App industry for many years now. Have seen/witnessed  many trends and the ones that have the paradigm  shifts are the ones to watch.

Thing is everyone has a the marketing and the say to call everything they do a paradigm shift.

I will identify a few things and perhaps even write an article about past paradigm shifts.

This one we are looking at now is the finger is replacing the mouse. The mouse replaced the cursor keys and before that it was a space bar or tab key. Back to my story here. I will outline what I am doing and what it is taking place  and how I in particular have gotten to where I am at in the development  process of the IOS App. A road a method a list of events purchases and lessons along the way.

Think I will do this in a series of steps to make it easier to flow with a writing style as to  where I have been and what it takes to get and go to the next step.

KISS is the thought here go into program mode and you can lose people in a hurry

I want to make it clear it is not as easy as everyone including Apple says it is. There is and are many components roadblocks issues and much like walking into a library with out a clue to as where to start developing an Apple iPhone App is the same.

Every Library has the knowledge and collection of works but how we go about applying it and using it is what makes and defines the success of what we do.

It takes great persistence and It is my goal to make this road a little easier for others with an idea and a dream to make an app.

This is the first step making time and putting your thoughts into the game.

When is your Microsoft Product Obsolete?

Like the storyline to many a Sci Fi  tale an application and  process can  continue to solve and work indefinitely in a closed,  maintained and serviced environment. Many a PC with solid programs and maintained hardware can and have performed  without fail for many years. Problem is  by design our universal connectivity to a local LAN and  then the need for connectivity to the Internet  does not define a closed environment. Did you know?  Since 2002 Microsoft has planned and published  lifetime and support life cycle for [...]
