 OUR ON-SITE AUDIO SERVICE

Did you know that the average conference attendee has forgotten 70 percent of what he or she heard within three weeks of returning home after the conference. RESOURCE EXPRESS can help by attending your conference, recording it on audio tape, the Perfect Memory Tool, and have the tapes ready for the attendees before they leave the conference.  In addition, the we generally can make the tapes available for the very low price of $5.00 or less per tape and even have plans whereby we share our revenues from the sale of the conference tapes with the conference organization. We think of it as a real win-win.

The attendee has a low cost record of the conference (even more important if there are concurrent sessions) that can be reviewed while sitting at home or in the office, driving (car, truck or tractor), jogging, walking or anywhere there is a tape player. The conference organizer has the conference's message reinforced every time someone listens to a tape and, through revenue sharing, can help defray the cost on putting on the conference. And we at RESOURCE EXPRESS will, hopefully, make a couple of bucks while providing a valuable resource to our customers . So it's actually a win-win-win.

REVENUE SHARING

Below are three examples of possible revenue sharing options from our On-site Audio Recording & Duplication Service at a two day conference. The examples are based on each tape being sold at $5.00, but, since we offer discounts for multiple tape packages, the actual revenues will be less.

1. Revenue Sharing: $400 per day recording/duplication fee. Tape revenue split between the conference (35%) and Resource Express (65%). Material costs of cassettes, labels and soft polies will be paid by Resource Express. For example, if the the price of each cassette is $5, the conference would receive $1.75 per cassette and Resource Express would receive $3.25 per cassette.

500 tapes sold           $ 75 to the conference
1,000 tapes sold          $950 to the conference
1,500 tapes sold       $1,825 to the conference
2,.000 tapes sold        $3,100 to the conference

2. Partial Revenue Sharing: $200 per day duplication fee. Tape revenue split between the conference (25%) and Resource Express (75%). Material costs for cassettes, labels and soft polies will be paid by Resource Express. For example, if the price of each cassette is $5, the conference would receive $1.25 per cassette and Resource Express would receive $3.75 per cassette.

500 tapes sold          $ 225 to the conference
1,000 tapes sold       $1,050 to the conference
1,500 tapes sold       $1,855 to the conference
2,000 tapes sold        $2,300 to the conference

3. No risk for the conference: Resource Express assumes 100% of the risk of profitability and receives 100% of the tape revenue. No duplication fee. The conference will receive a revenue share as indicated at the following levels:
